You know all those little things in life where “want” and “need” somehow blend together? For some people, it’s shoes. For others, it’s hand bags. For me, it’s cake stands. I love baking, but I typically tend to go to cupcakes rather than layer cakes simply because there’s no way Devon and I could eat a whole cake on our own (Devon’s grateful co-workers get the “bonus cupcakes” after I’ve finished shooting them). At the same time, if there was anything I could hoard, it would be a set of awesome cake stands. Currently, I’m drooling over the collection at A Fabulous Fete. With a great range of pop colors and metallics, I’m almost tempted to whip out the cake pans just to find an excuse to get one. After all, I do have enough options in default white ceramic at home…
