Today, I have two amazing announcements to make. First, I’m officially a stay at home mom! It’s incredibly terrifying in some ways, but I came to the realization that I’d be heartbroken to miss any of Aurora’s Firsts. Since it was an option for us, I took the plunge! I suppose I technically am really a “work from home” mom since I’ll be blogging full time now – but this also brings my to my next announcement.
Some of you may know my creative partner, Shauna Younge. We met while I was working on Nonpareil Magazine, and since then she’s become a Sister from Another Mister. We work so well together (although I’m sure many people find us to be insane), and since she’s also a work from home mom, we decided to put our heads together to launch something new! We’ve opened a new shop together featuring premium party printables, named A Splendid Party. This is really only the first phase of our new business venture, so we hope you’ll join us as we build and expand the company.
