I’m not going to lie: I still love tissue paper tassel garlands. In fact, This past weekend, while finishing up the nursery, I put one up that I churned out myself (more on that later!). I love tissue garlands too! In fact, I just bought a bunch of paper to make one for an event I’m helping with in May.
