I’m pretty convinced that if I lived near her in California, Megan from La Partie Events and I would be fast friends and attached at the hip. I love her sense of style, so I was incredibly excited when she sent over these gorgeous images shot by Sweet Monday Photography. It’s almost like this party set up was designed for me – crafty meets mid-century is 100% up my alley (really, she had me at “Eames chairs”).
From Megan:
We envisioned this shoot as a modern twist on mid-century design. The chairs, rug, gold and wood accents are a nod to the mid-century aesthetic. The neutral colors in the flowers add a romantic, soft touch and the handmade garland adds a fun, crafty element. We included the fruit and cheese spread because that’s what we wanted to eat after the shoot!
Get ready for some absolutely darling details, because the team did a great job! The set up is stunning and chic, but also attainable – a huge bonus to this eye candy to start your week off right.

Meghan’s flowers are always exquisite! The above amazing arrangement is made up of Juliet garden roses, white nerine, narcissus, agapanthus, and camellia bush from her garden!
