I’ve been noticing that metallics are becoming more and more popular in entertaining nowadays, and it’s a perfect fit for holiday entertaining. Two of my personal favorite event designers, Ashlyn and Heather of Carter and Cook Event Company, created the most gorgeous tablescape that I get to feature today which pairs gold with gorgeous jewel tones. Photographed by Jill Thomas and designed in partnership with The Floral Lab and Posh Paperie, this beautiful shoot is chock full of celebratory details that make this perfect holiday party inspiration! I love those star shaped sequinned swizzle sticks! To recreate the look, purchase some premade sequin appliques (there are many varieties available here) and back them with fabric or felt, then attach the piece to a skewer.
